Your assumptions

Calculations run in your browser. Opening a PDF sends only these numerical assumptions and the payment type to this website to create the document; they are not stored as a client record.

Your indicative result

How to use this estimate

The calculation assumes equal monthly payments and an unchanged annual rate for the full term, using that rate divided by 12. Actual lender calculations, payment dates and rounding may differ. Fixed-rate deals usually cover only part of a mortgage term, so future payments and total costs can change.

Figures exclude arrangement fees, valuation and legal costs, property taxes, insurance and early repayment charges. Loan-to-value is simply the loan divided by the property price; it does not indicate eligibility. Interest-only payments do not repay the loan: the full capital must be repaid separately at the end.

For independent guidance, see MoneyHelper’s mortgage information. Speak to a suitably authorised mortgage adviser or lender for personal advice. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
