How the service works

   Discuss the site

   Tell us the location, your role and the decision you need to make. We will confirm whether the service is suitable.

   Agree scope and fee

   Manorwest confirms the work and fixed fee in writing before the appraisal begins.

3. 03
   Provide information securely

   We will confirm an appropriate file-submission route when the secure client upload facility is available.

4. 04
   Invoice and report

   An invoice will set out the fee, VAT and bank-transfer details. The completed appraisal is released after payment has cleared.
